Breast cancer

In the US, breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and the second most frequent cause of death. In 2012, an estimated 230,000 new breast cancer cases are expected to be diagnosed, and 40,000 patients are estimated to die from the disease. This represents 29% of the newly diagnosed cancers and 14% of the cancer-related deaths.
