TLE3

TLE3, or transducin-like enhancer protein 3, is a member of the transducin-like enhancer of split (TLE) family of proteins that have been implicated in the tumorigenesis and classification of sarcomas. It is a transcriptional repressor involved in repressing epithelial cell fate determination. It interacts with the Notch/WNT pathway and appears to be periodically expressed during the M phase of the cell cycle.
